What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a talented Accountant to perform monthly accounting processes including transaction recordkeeping, journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
Responsibilties include:
Assisting in vendor and item management
Assisting in filing 1099 at year-end
Processing vendor invoices and payment requests
Maintaining company journals and ledgers
Managing fixed assets and leases including related journal entries
Posting other journal entries related to areas of responsibility
Preparing monthly account reconciliations of financial data, researching variances, and adjusting as needed
Collaborating in the NetSuite implementation of the procure to pay process
Assisting in training stakeholders on the new procure to pay process
Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed
What we’re looking for
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification with 4 to 5 years of accounting or financial analysis role in a multinational organization.
Experience in accounts payable a plus.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
Master’s degree and/or accounting certification preferred
Solid working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Ability to exercise independent judgement to determine appropriate action
Strong attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with NetSuite a plus
