As a Revenue Recovery Specialist at O2 Fitness, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing delinquent accounts and facilitating the resolution of outstanding balances.
You will work closely with members, internal teams, and external partners to implement effective strategies for account recovery while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and review accounts with outstanding balances to identify delinquent accounts.
Provide excellent customer service to members by addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Contact members with delinquent accounts via phone, email, and mail to communicate payment reminders and discuss payment options.
Investigate and resolve member inquiries and disputes related to billing and account balances.
Collaborate with the billing and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and adjustments.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with members to facilitate account resolution while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Maintain detailed records of account communications, payment arrangements, and account status updates.
Escalate unresolved issues and accounts to management as needed, providing recommendations for further action.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance the overall member experience.
Previous experience in account collections, debt recovery, or customer service roles preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with billing or CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive member information with discretion and professionalism.
Flexible schedule availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
