As a Staff Accountant, you will examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements, give advice, audit and evaluate statements prepared by others.
Install or advise on systems of recording costs or other financial and budgetary data.
Essential Functions: Process deposits and track A/R for the company.
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Complete month end and year end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and preparation of journal entries.
Maintenance of all fixed asset records for internal and tax reporting.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for external auditors.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget Ensure compliance with internal controls and processes.
Misc.
accounting duties, including fleet management Report to the Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, with at least 2 years experience in accounting or related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment and possess creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and driven individual Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
