Accounting Clerk

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk.
*Essential Duties:* * Review and update sales orders and customer purchase orders in SAP to ensure all documents are attached to the orders in SAP * Reconcile monthly invoices with our credit company and record payments * Create and maintain bond usage reports with various vendors along with updating information by active projects * Research container logs for invoices that need to be loaded in SAP * Customer review and follow up on retainage invoices and project closeouts * Review all AP statements, follow up with vendors for missing invoices * Send remittance to vendors once AP invoices are processed for payment * Revamp and maintain accounting filing system while maintaining retention regulations per departmental policies and procedures * Other finance duties may be assigned *Requirements:* * Associates Degree or equivalent experience and or certifications * 1 year of SAP experience * 1-3 years of experience with Accounts Payable and Receivables * 1-2 year of experience with Reconciliation processes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.
