Job Duties
Perform tasks related to all aspects of accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, account reconciliations, and providing support as needed to the Controller.
Setup and maintain resident profiles, billing codes, and yearly rate changes.
Process monthly billing statements for residents and transmit ACH file.
Complete county and state tax filings.
Provide financial reports to department managers and senior management.
Perform month-end, year-end closing functions and prepare schedules for auditors.
Qualifications:
Degree in accounting with a minimum of two (2) years accounting experience or equivalent required.
Proficient in using computerized accounting systems and spreadsheet software.
Must possess strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
