We are looking for a competent Bookkeeper/office assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks.
This person will be comfortable performing a variety of tasks including material handling as well as data entry and office organization.
*Responsibilities*
* Bookkeeping, purchasing
* Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
* Utilize our online scheduling software to manage and update project schedules
* Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
* Perform data entry in quickbooks , excel and our online software
* Materials receiving and labeling
*Skills*
* Knowledge of "quickbooks"
* Working knowledge of office equipment
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Able to lift up to 40 lbs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.
00 - $24.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
