Financial Analyst is a key member of the Corporate FP&A team.

*Responsibilities*
• Enhance reporting, tracking, and analysis of Corporate SG&A spend and headcount; partnering with cross functional team to manage and control spend levels
• Supports the Corporate FP&A reporting process to provide corporate leadership and our Sponsors with timely reports on Curia’s financial results and related business insights
• Perform corporate consolidation of monthly financials, quarterly forecasts, annual budget, short-term and long- term financial outlooks
• Supports the development and reporting of performance metrics for Curia through partnership with Corporate Accounting, Global Ops and Business Unit FP&A leadership.
Ensures the appropriate financial metrics, reports, and related insights are provided to internal and external partners on a timely basis
• Continuously improve reports/presentations to help senior leaders quickly understand financial trends, drivers and business insights
• Continuously evaluate existing procedures and systems to find opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency
• Provides ad-hoc financial analysis and project support for the business management
*Qualifications*
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience performing financial and variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and financial modeling
• Advanced analytical capabilities including Excel and database skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, Hyperion
• Strong business analysis, financial planning and reporting skills that generate business insights that add measurable value.
Current knowledge of current trends in finance and functional best-practices
• Excellent at workload prioritization.
Develops and manages processes that are effective and efficient
• Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal)
• Possesses the behavioral attributes of the competencies in the Curia finance competency model: critical thinking and analysis, business insight, decision making, drive for results, financial expertise, project management and process improvement, people management, collaboration and team work, and influence
Preferred
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA, CMA, CFA
Pay range: $74,000-$92,700
Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
