*Staff Accountant-Accounting & Advisory Group*
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
* *Accounts Payable*: Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reporting.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments to vendors, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.
* *Accounts Receivable*: Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing clients, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
Follow up on overdue payments and maintain open communication with clients to ensure timely collections.
* *Financial Reconciliation*: Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable and accounts receivable records, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
* *Vendor and Client Communication*: Cultivate positive relationships with vendors and clients, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
* *Process Improvement*: Continuously evaluate and improve AP and AR processes and procedures to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and optimize cash flow management.
Successful candidates should have the following attributes:
* 1+ years of full service accounting experience, including experience with Quickbooks (Online) preferably in a public accounting setting,
* Excellent technology and client service skills,
* Detail-oriented,
* Possess the ability to work independently and exert initiative to timely complete assignments,
* Great Oral and Written Communication abilities
