Job Summary
The Payroll Analyst ensures accurate processing and recording of Swissport’s weekly and biweekly payrolls, along with investigating and solving payroll and associated problems.
You will work collaboratively with a small team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills with the ability to spot numerical errors.
The expected pay rate is $57K - $65K/YR.

Your activities
Duties listed below may vary in terms of importance and other duties may be added or eliminated as this position develops
Perform payroll-related functions including but not limited to payroll processing, audits, and record maintenance
Process weekly and bi-weekly in-house multi-state payroll under tight deadlines
Process garnishments and tax levy details when needed in ADP Smart Compliance
Prepare off-cycle payrolls and manual checks as necessary
Partners with internal teams to ensure complete pay information is properly recorded and accurately calculated for each payroll cycle including hours, rates, benefits, deductions, and taxes
Audit employee data in our HRIS, time keeping, and payroll system to ensure accuracy
Provide payroll guidance to employees and respond to employee payroll inquiries
Your profile
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years' payroll entry and processing experience
Solid knowledge of payroll function including preparation, auditing and balancing
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Exceptional organization, accuracy and attention to detail
Above average understanding and ability to use MS Office
