Accounting Clerk

Hanna Imports is a large, fast paced used automotive group in the Raleigh-Durham area and is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk to join our team! This individual will be self-directed, ambitious, high-energy, great work ethic, drive, integrity and professionalism to become part of our fast moving team! Position is full time and paid on hourly basis with benefits available after 90 days of employment.
Applicant must have car dealership experience.
Job Duties include but not limited to: Post car deals including verifying funding and contract status Process warranty remits and cancellations Process daily bank deposits and credit card batch Post daily invoices for payables and receivables Clean schedules on a weekly basis Provides support to Controller and/or Office Manager Ability to cross train to assist other departments as necessary Job Requirements: Attention to detail and impeccable organization skills a must Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Professional appearance is a must!
