Bilingual Project Estimator/Manager Needed (Wendell)

Unlimited Paint and Wallpaper is looking to hire an Estimating Specialist.
Our ideal candidate will have experience estimating and managing projects in the construction/painting field.
Duties include (but are not limited to): • Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project • Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product • Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service • Creating labor estimates for any project • Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors • Manage their projects working closely with vendors, employees and clients.
• Presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders • Compiling and recording actual costs Requirements: • 18 years or older • Computer savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Earth, Estimating Software) • Fast learner • Can work in a team • Positive Attitude • Can read plans (or can learn very quickly) • Valid transportation to get to our shop (located in Wendell, NC) • Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record Please note: This is an In-Person/On-site Position and part of your job will be travelling to job sites (normally within 30 miles of our shop).
