We are currently hiring Accounting Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to ensure various accounting activities are accurately performed in compliance with GAAP, government compliance regulations, and internal control requirements and will have a focus on project accounting, revenue recognition and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities: Manage month-end close activities including accurate and timely processing of journal entries and account reconciliations for all global entities.
Assume responsibilities for various accruals and calculations including, but not limited to, commissions, PTO liabilities, bonuses, lease accounting.
Compile and analyze financial information to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Execute intercompany policies and procedures and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure adherence, and providing support, where necessary.
Collaborate with project finance on revenue recognition and report development and delivery.
Assist with various external audits.
Drive innovative solutions to improve processes.
Motivate staff and promote a challenging, inclusive environment.
Contribute to the development of accounting policies and procedures and to the enhancement of internal controls environment.
Participate in various financial and operational projects to enhance global processes and procedures.
Serve as deputy to the Director of Corporate Accounting Attend in-person meetings as required Exhibit Rho’s Core Values at all times Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients in a timely and professional manner Respond to email and other communication requests in a timely fashion using a variety of methods including but not limited to email, instant messaging and other communication tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and CPA designation along with 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or equivalent combination of relevant and preferred education and/or experience Previous personnel management with demonstrated leadership Experience working with multiple entity accounting, including consolidations and eliminations.
Familiarity with ASC 606 and ASC 842 International accounting and experience with taxes is a big plus.
Strong NetSuite knowledge is preferred.
Exposure to GRI reporting would be helpful.
