*Duties* * Enters all vendor invoices into the business system * Verifies invoices for accuracy * Reconciliation of accounts * General Ledger entries * Month End reconciliations *Qualifications* * Understands accounting fundamentals/GAAP * Proficient typing/data entry skills using 10 key method * Experience using standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications * Bachelor's degree in related field preferred *Benefits* * Medical insurance with a HRA * Dental, vision and life insurance * Paid Time Off * 10 Paid Holidays a year * Competitive pay Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.
