Part-time Controller

We're in search of a Controller to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for projecting financial forecasts and ensuring they are met while also preparing and maintaining the books, accounts and records of the company.
A Controller plays a vital role in a company, as they must communicate to upper management any discrepancies or risks associated with the financial forecasts and ensure that they've been sufficiently addressed.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and become an integral part of the company's day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities: * File Property Tax Return * File Sales Tax Returns * Manage Payroll * Manage 401K Program * Manage bookkeeper * Reconcile Balance Sheet and Bank Accounts * Manage Accounts Payable * 1099 Filing * Financial Statement Preparation * Create Journal Entries and Accruals * Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking studies.
* Perform monthly and quarterly accounting tasks such as Budget Comparisons * Keep financial records up to date.
* Prepare financial statements for management team Assist CFO with tax information, including compliance and planning.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $50.
00 - $60.
