Payroll Accountant

We're looking for an organized and motivated Payroll Accountant to join our team at TJT’s Outsource Accounting Services division.
This is a full-time position collaborating with our payroll team to provide payroll support to our clients.
We are looking for a candidate with payroll processing experience.
The Payroll Accountant would provide a variety of payroll functions.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Process payroll for clients in multiple states * Work with accounting team on payroll reporting * Work with accounting team on payroll reconciliations * Payroll tax payments * Bank reconciliations * Ensure accurate quarter and year-end processing (including federal, state and local tax reconciliations - 941, 940, W-2, etc.
) * Record and process garnishments and child support orders * Provide excellent customer service to clients * Coordinate with HR and Accounting Teams * Other duties or projects as needed Skills: * Attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Ability to prioritize and multi-task, while still delivering accurate and high quality results * Work in a fast paced environment * Team player * Ethical capability to handle confidential information ​Qualifications: * Two to three years of experience * Demonstrated competency in using accounting and/or payroll software and executing various payroll processes * An associate's or bachelor's in accounting or business is preferred * Technical payroll skills are a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,500.
00 - $55,000.
