Staff Accountant

We're looking for an organized and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team at TJT’s Outsource Accounting Services division.
This is a full-time position collaborating with our accounting team to provide accounting support to our clients.
We are looking for a candidate with accounting experience and an understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
The Staff Accountant would provide a variety of accounting functions.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Accounts Payable * Accounts Receivable * Payroll and payroll tax payments * Bank reconciliations * Prepare general ledger account reconciliations, accruals, and other necessary adjusting journal entries for month/quarter end close in a timely manner.
* General ledger analysis * Sales tax * Perform other daily and periodic accounting functions for assigned clients * Other duties or projects as needed Skills: * Attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Ability to prioritize and multi-task, while still delivering accurate and high quality results * Work in a fast paced environment * Team player * Ethical capability to handle confidential information ​Qualifications: * Two to three years of experience * Demonstrated competency in using accounting software and executing various accounting processes * An associate's or bachelor's in accounting or business is preferred * Technical accounting skills are a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
00 - $55,000.
