The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for accurately processing payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining precise payroll records.

Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:
Enter payroll data into the system, maintaining accurate records of employee information, hours worked, and deductions
Calculate and process employee wages, including regular salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation
Generate and prepare payroll reports for management, accounting, and regulatory purposes
Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
Work closely with Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with other organizational functions
Other duties assigned
Payroll Administrator Requirements:
Proficient with ADP Workforce Now and/or NetChex
Ability to manage a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Strong organizational skills
Time management skills to complete job duties within a tight time schedule
Working knowledge of PC operation and applications
Experience with CDK software a plus
Excellent communication abilities are a must
Must pass pre-employment background screenings
