Setting up interviews to screen candidates and maintain a list of open positions at our locations.
*Onboarding & Status: *This role is tasked with the overall maintenance of internal employee records.
Beginning with onboarding for new team members while maintaining all staff records.

This role will be tasked with determining and maintaining insurance eligibility of our team members while assisting in the insurance renewal process and open enrollment period.
*Duties:* - Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
*Qualifications* - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Experience with journal entries and clerical tasks in a corporate accounting environment.
- Ability to analyze financial concepts and data related to HR functions.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, payroll, account reconciliation, and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
