Collection Representative

We provide a customer focused program consisting of on-site sales, financing and service in one location.
Our business is based on a high value of integrity and uncompromising customer service and we are currently seeking a customer-focused Collection Representative for our Raleigh location.
In this career position, you will provide the highest standard of customer service throughout the loan origination, underwriting and collection process and work to see the customer through their journey to build a positive credit history.
This position is a fast paced position that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and one which requires both attention to detail and great interpersonal communication skills.
The hours of operation of our business are as follows: Mondays through Friday 9:00AM to 7:00PM & Saturdays 9:00AM to 5:00PM The schedule for this position varies, but generally would include working Fridays and Saturdays with a weekday off.
