Income Tax Preparer

Responsibilities: - Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals - Calculate and report taxes owed based on federal, state, and local regulations - Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations - Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions and addressing concerns - Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation for tax preparation - Maintain confidentiality of client information Requirements: - Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role - Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and financial concepts - Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry - Knowledge of public accounting practices and procedures - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $13.
