)* *Financial/Business Analyst I - Biopharma* *Summary:* The US Controlling group supports the financial forecasting & analysis responsibilities for the Global Biopharma Division.
This individual will assist with management of over 5B Euros in sales & approximately 700M Euros in operating expenses consisting of forecasting/budgeting, monthly analysis and assist other related activities.
*Position Purpose:* Responsible for assisting in the preparation, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of Global Biopharma Division sales, margin, & operating expenses *Primary Responsibilities of the Position:* * Provide support for analysis and reporting of Biopharma sales, sales forecasts, and IBP Process.
* Assist in preparation of the monthly reporting and Commercial KPI’s.
* Assist in Budget process, including analysis of sales & opex, consolidation, and preparation of Budget reviews.
* Assist in the preparation of analysis required for any quarterly audit work.
* Develop and maintain databases in EXCEL and SAP-BI based on output reports.
* Assist in the preparation of NPV modeling for new opportunities and business cases (Ad Hoc).
* Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc requests received from Corporate, Global Commercial Controlling, and Strategy Office.
*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* * Knowledge of Excel is required.
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills, ability to present a cohesive story or solution to management.
* Must deal effectively with changing environment and be able to manage multiple projects through completion, often under tight deadlines.
Flawless attention to detail and ability to consistently generate a high quality work product.
* Motivated, creative and conscientious self-starter who appreciates challenges and takes ownership to improve the status quo.
* Must exhibit an interest in the business and seek opportunities to initiate (without being instructed) new analysis, reporting or projects to support the division.
Must be focused on continuous improvement with an ability to add value and efficiencies across all current practices.

*Experience:* 2-4 years of business experience in corporate finance/financial planning and analysis role, or related finance/analytical role.
*Equivalency:* Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements.
Example: If a job level requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience, an equivalency could include 8 years of experience, an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience.

* Excellent software skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, or similar FP&A tools.
* Previous experience with SAP, BI tools or similar software a plus.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and planning skills are required to effectively work along with different functional areas and executive management levels.
* Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with the capability to prioritize and multi-task activities in a deadline-driven environment.
*Occupational Demands:* Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day.
Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
Occasionally walks and stands.
Occasionally bends and twists neck.
Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs.

Experience with MS Access is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $66,888.
