We seek a highly skilled and experienced CPA with tax preparation expereince to join our dynamic team.
We specialize in providing comprehensive financial services to businesses worldwide and ensuring compliance with US taxation laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
* Tax Preparation & Filing: Execute expert-level preparation and filing of various tax forms including but not limited to 1040, 1040NR, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 5472, 5471, 990EZ, and FBAR.
Ensure meticulous and compliant filing of Income, Sales, and Payroll taxes utilizing software such as Gusto.
* Financial Services Expertise: Offer a wide range of financial services including QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & Finance & Operations bookkeeping.
Provide assistance in setting up books, creating charts of accounts, managing payroll, and performing client trust accounting.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with US GAAP, US taxation laws, and IFRS.
Conduct financial reporting, risk management, and external auditing activities.
Prepare financial statements and assist in software implementation and evaluation.
* Financial Advisory & Consulting: Provide strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and leadership tailored to meet the unique needs of each client's business.
Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), perform business process reengineering, and handle data visualization tasks.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering top-tier financial and accounting solutions.
Provide guidance, support, and expertise to enhance clients' financial understanding and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 10 years of global experience, preferably with a background in a reputable firm such as PWC.
* Expertise in US tax preparation and planning, with proficiency in various tax forms and software.
* Strong understanding of financial principles, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
* Experience across multiple industries, particularly in E-commerce, Textile Composite, Electricity Production, FMCG, Sugar Industry, Education Services, Automation and Control Equipment, Telecommunication, and Banking and Capital Markets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to providing exceptional client service.
* Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor Accountant with expertise in Intuit Quickbooks and Intuit payroll services.
