What you’ll do:
Job Summary
Controls & Compliance Advisory (CCA) is a newly formed compliance team that leverages global synergies across Eaton Sectors, Corporate, and GFSS in order to drive a uniform, efficient, and effective internal control & compliance organization.
The CCA team also provides global expertise in the design, implementation, monitoring, and support over internal control & compliance activities.
Assist with managing the activities of the CCA Central team.
Manage process improvement projects and support the leadership team in the education, enablement, monitoring, and operational direction of Eaton's efforts to regularly improve and maintain internal controls and financial compliance.

The successful candidate will:
Support projects to implement internal control improvements and to drive process efficiencies and effectiveness, including
Support the Centralized Controls Certification process, training and guidance
Perform Quarterly revenue recognition disclosures & annual whitepaper reviews
Monitor completion of Fixed Assets Physical inventories
Complete compliance reporting
Monitor financial control processes such as quality reviews and Balance Sheet reviews.
Participate and support in Finance Transformation projects
Support special projects as assigned.
Participate in Internal Control Training efforts.
Qualifications:
Basic qualifications (Must have):
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance policy, and internal control standards.
Demonstrate understanding and experience within the following areas:
Understanding of financial business processes (INV, OTC, PTP, RTR)
Understanding of internal control and risk management concepts
Advanced desktop analytic skills
Preferred qualifications (Nice to have):
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or equivalent.

Strong drive for results
Ability to prioritize and multi-task to resolve issues and make decisions with limited
