Description:Compass Surgical Partners is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the accounts payable process efficiently and accurately.
This role involves coordinating with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely payments, accurate financial records, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
PLEASE NOTE: this job is located in our office in North Raleigh
Qualifications for the role:
* Proven experience in accounts payable or related financial roles - REQUIRED
* Proficiency in accounting software and systems including Bill.
com and Concur (strongly preferred)
* Strong understanding of accounts payable principles, procedures and regulations
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions
* Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally
* Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Strong experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
