Essential Responsibilities
• Automotive Accounting experience (Required)
• CDK experience "Preferred" but not required
• Proficient in Excel, general knowledge of computer functions
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever growing environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work with a team as well as self-sufficient
• Provide administrative support to management and sales department as needed.
• Any other accounting duties assigned by management
Daily/Weekly Tasks included but not limited to:
• CIT posting
• Bank reconciliation
• Floorplan payoffs and additions
• Rebate submitting
• Costing/Posting deals
• Semi monthly sales commission calculation/reconciliation
• Must be able to multi-task and work other jobs within accounting if another employee is absent
• Post warranty sales remittance monthly and reconcile schedule
• Process warranty cancellations
• Reconcile schedules
