com/to/VriHNtnC Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 Performance Bonus: You will be eligible for an annual performance bonus of 30k-50k, this bonus is contingent upon achieving predetermined goals and will be calculated based on an override of performance metrics set forth by the company.
Equity/Ownership: As part of your compensation, you will be granted an equity stake in the company, equivalent to 1% of current agency valuation.
Based on the current value, your equity is valued at 350k.
The potential upside of your equity is estimated to be between 8M-16M, dependent upon the effective growth of the business managed by you.
