Qualifications:
· Automotive Dealership experience required
· A minimum of 3 years Automotive Office Manager experience (Required)
· Need full accounting and FI knowledge in CDK
· Intermediate user of Excel
· Ability to ten-key by touch
· Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail an accuracy
· Must be able to multi-task
· Ability to work independently with minimal direction
· Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
· Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and E-Verify.

Duties will include (but not be limited to)
· Reconcile bank daily, manage daily operations
· Payoff floorplan, add units to floorplan
· Post and pay floorplan interest
.
Commission reversals
· Sales Tax
· Monitor loaner fleet (add and de-fleet )
· Oversee sales commissions/report bi monthly for payroll
· Post expenses, holdbacks, extended warranty remittance and payments from parts statements
· Calculate, analyze and remit financial statements
· Work with floorplan auditors to ensure no violations
· Work directly with GM's as needed
· Work directly with controller as needed
· Oversee 6 person office, delegate to, train, and assist staff
· Remit warranty cancellations, determine where the refund goes
· Reconcile schedules
