Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee and manage our U.
S.
payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Reporting to the Manager, Global Payroll, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll operations, with expertise in Oracle and ADP systems.
This role is critical in ensuring that our employees are paid accurately and on time, and that our payroll processes align with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end payroll processing activities, including data input, calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions, and distribution of payments.
Oracle and ADP Expertise: Utilize your advanced knowledge of Oracle and ADP systems to effectively manage and troubleshoot payroll processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, ensuring our payroll processes adhere to legal requirements.
Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely payroll tax filings, including W-2s and 1099s, while reconciling payroll tax accounts.
Auditing: Conduct regular audits of payroll records, reconciling any discrepancies and ensuring data integrity.
Reporting: Generate payroll reports and provide insightful analysis to support management decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.
Benefits Administration: Collaborate with HR to manage benefits deductions and ensure proper reporting.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing payroll-related inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Vendor Management: Work closely with third-party vendors and service providers to optimize payroll services.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 5+ years of payroll experience, with a strong background in Oracle and ADP systems.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of U.
S.
payroll laws, regulations, and tax codes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
