Pepsi Bottling Ventures is based in NC, SC, MD, & DE.
Purpose of the Job: Manages the Credit, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Receipts/Applications functions for Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC.
Job Duties:
Manages the Credit and Collections functions as well as oversees the Sr A/R Specialists and A/R Specialists.
Analyzes the A/R portfolio and generates analytical reports.
Communicates with customers, PBV Branches, and Corporate Departments via letters, email, and phone.
Works with A/R customers and PBV Sales Team to streamline and accelerate payments.
Manages the Cash Applications Team and all aspects of A/R payments.
Manages A/R Dept in Corp Credit/AR Manager’s absence.
Manages Full Service Vending receivables, MEM Service receivables, and NSF Checks.
Manages Bad Debt and Collection Agency Accounts.
Provides final approval for Pricing Write-offs and Refunds up to authority level.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of five (5) years credit and collections experience.
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Experience managing customer accounts ranging in size from large retail accounts to small accounts.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Strong ability to direct and motivate employees.
Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.
Enjoys interacting and working with people.
Work as a team player.
Understanding of the EDI process.
Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
