facility specializes in end-to-end turn-key solutions for oral solid dosage forms, including integrated formulation development, analytical services, commercial manufacturing, and packaging.
This state-of-the-art facility has had over $100M of investments in recent years and features fit-for-scale capacity with potent handling capabilities, ideal for orphan or targeted drug development.
The Accounting Analyst is responsible to support all key functional accounting areas including corporate/general accounting, month-end closing, and external financial audits.
The Role Be the site liaison for both accounts payable and accounts receivable and the main point of contact for problem resolutions.
Lead the training program for our internal cardholders with Concur and corporate credit card use.
Perform reconciliations amongst credit card issuing bank, Virtual purchase cards, Concur expense management software, and ERP system.
Maintain and update current records within the Concur system for account users.
Handle and respond in a timely manner to employee issues and concerns via a finance help desk ticket system, created, managed and maintained by this position.
Develop and/or modify accounting policies and procedures as necessary and as related to areas of responsibility.
Support corporate accounting and month-end closing activities related to cash, intercompany, deposits, accruals, cross charges, medical claims, and prepaids.
Review or prepare general ledger account reconciliations as assigned.
All other duties as assigned.
The Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years accounting or finance experience as well as US GAAP and SOX knowledge.
Technical capability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operational data/reports.
Must be able to work in a professional, fast paced environment with time sensitive deadlines that need to be consistently met.
This position is required to be on-site.
