Key Objectives of the role:
The Financial Analyst will be a key team member of the Global FP&A team supporting our Global Operations team.
Primarily focused on consistency and efficiency, the role will be tasked with improving reporting, consolidation, and analytical processes for key business metrics in Productivity (Freight, Warranty, Scrap, E&O, Sourcing), Logistics and Inventory.
This position offers excellent exposure to operations leadership and a diverse workload with a clear objective of driving improved business performance.
What you’ll do:
Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategies and initiatives as identified by leadership team (i.
e.
Productivity, Warranty Savings, etc.
).
Ensure alignment with overall goals of the company.
Drive detailed and transparent financial reporting, financial planning, and analysis to support business decisions.
Perform analysis linking operational activities with their financial impact, and suggest to management ideas on related, practical improvements.
Champion for PPI and lean transformation.
Actively drive productivity and a continuous improvement culture.
Partner with operations team to identify high impact projects, and to validate and accurately measure all project savings.
Provide analytical support to deliver measured cash flow targets and initiatives (Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Capex, etc.
)

Ability to implement process change, identifying and breaking down barriers.
Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge strong professional relationships with peers, and upper management
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business-related field
2+ years relevant working experience
Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization
