00/Hr Duration: *5 Months* Location: *Cary, NC (Hybrid)* This position is for the *Healthcare Diagnostics* division.
We are looking for *Contract Billing Specialist.
*This is a *Hybrid position*, that requires *1-2 days onsite in a week* * Timely and high-quality order entry for *service-only contracts* in alignment with business expectation * Follow business guidelines and credit thresholds in a way that maintains clean books/records and meets internal regulation * Collaborate with the Collections department as needed to facilitate payment from customers for *disputed* *invoices* * Understand accounting rules and research *booking activity* to determine the appropriate action to resolve discrepancies.
* Manage Installed Base including activations, deactivations, and transfers * Support the service DX teams with respect to customer inquiries and invoicing as well as dispute minimization and resolution.
* Establish a strong partnership with the field organization such as Sales Reps and Regional Service Managers * Experience with *SAP* and *Excel* is required.
* Bachelor's degree is required.
