About the role
The role of Treasury Analyst is responsible for implementing the Treasury and Cash Management processes.
Responsible for monitoring daily cash positions, preparing ACH and wire transfers.
Developing templates for repetitive transactions.
Will work with others in developing and monitoring cash forecasts and actual results vs forecast.
Will work closely with Bank of America, HSBC, and JP Morgan representative to enact banking transactions.
Will work with AP team to approve and confirm payments.
Monitor daily cash positions worldwide by legal entities .

Work with the team to initiate account transfers, all in coordination with internal employees and external service providers, as required.
Work with others to develop and improve cash forecasting models including tracking of forecasted receipts and spend against actuals.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to cash forecasting, exposure, bank fees and risks.
Calculate weekly spending allowances as part of cash management responsibilities.
Execute weekly settlement runs and ad hoc payments including monitoring of failed/rejected transactions for subsequent reprocessing and troubleshooting.
Assist as needed with the Company credit card program.
Assist/work with Legal to ensure annual KYC and Compliance reviews are completed on a timely basis.
Ensure timely and accurate confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation of (financial) transactions and resolving discrepancies, if any.
Implement treasury functionality within Workday including system configuration and coordination with 3rd party specialists regarding Workday integrations with banking platforms.
