How will you make an impact:
Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be an integral part of Pharmaceutical Services Group (PSG) finance team to support the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives.
Your scope of responsibilities includes FP&A planning, analysis & reporting and support decision making for multiple Functional Business Partners, support lead Finance support for Global Capital Portfolio and Global PPI Reporting
This role will have dotted line responsibility into the Global Capex and PPI Finance Support Partner and provide direct support to Sr.
Manager and Senior Director and multiple Functional leadership teams in addition to collaborating with finance colleagues across PSG
What you will do:
Assist in process management and execution of Annual Operating Planning (AOP), STRAP (Strategic Plan) Actuals reporting, Forecast updates and preparation of Monthly & Quarterly business reviews for functional business areas
Serve as liaison between clients and FP&A Division and Site Finance in support of financial reporting and provide recommendations on standardization across PSG
Apply Power BI to develop dashboards and enable automated reporting/forecasting tools
Coordinate and support various ad hoc projects and request for data or analysis
Drive productivity and efficiency through innovation, improvements in execution and PPI implementation

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields
3+ years of business finance experience
High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Prior experience with SAP, Hyperion/Essbase and HFM
