Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking a SSG Global Accounts Services Controller to manage the business & financial processes for Services Sales Business across Global Accounts Worldwide.
This individual will support the Management teams (General Manager, Sales, Finance and Operations team) on all financial data, analysis, and process relevant to the day to day operation of the business.
The SSG GA Services Controller will lead and manage the Global Account large deal engagement process (Pricing, Tax, Credit, AIM), and provide guidance and support to the HQ & Geo finance teams on processes and policies.
This position is also responsible for driving both the HQ and Geo teams to the achievement of all business & financial targets.
Responsibilities: · Responsible for the annual Budgeting and Quarterly targeting process.
· Includes working with the GM, Sales & Operation team to develop the financial process & measurements.
· Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly financial reporting and review decks · Ensure timely, accuracy, quality of all financial reports · Support monthly reviews with Management teams · Drive monthly reviews with the teams · Provide monthly forecasting of the financial & operational outlook vs.
the targets · Provide explanation on key business drivers based on the business results · Provide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve on the business outlook.
· Independently drive the actions with the respective stakeholders.
· Lead to deploy and manage large deal engagement process.
· Work with Sales/PreSales, Delivery/Tech and broader Finance team (Pricing, Tax, Credit, Accounting) on large deals during qualification / engagement stage · Facilitate deal structure agreement and support all financial requirements when during deployment / delivery stage.
· Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (Financial & Operation) to support recommendations for business decisions · Drive ad hoc projects relevant for the re-engineering of processes and to support any changes in business models · Collaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to provide the support to ensure the efficiency of processes Basic Qualifications: · BS or higher: Finance and Accounting degree · At least 10+ years of experience in Finance Planning and Analysis · Complex IT Services background is a must Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with Large Complex IT contracts is a plus · Looking for candidates with the following qualities: o Excellent communication skills o Analytical, meticulous, and sensitive to numbers o Stakeholder Management o Proactive and Independent We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
