What You’ll Be Doing
Strive to meet personal productivity goals assigned by the Firm and assist others to do the same
Manage significant portions of client engagements including interaction with client management and/or provide advanced, specialized technical support to clients
Exhibit ownership in the client’s well being and identify opportunities to expand services to the client while exceeding expectations and adding value to the client relationship.
Manage client work by effectively assigning, mentoring and developing other staff accountants as deemed appropriate on client engagements
Monitor and improve client profitability by using other team members and continuously improving the Firm's client management
Coach other team members and help develop skills
What We Are Looking For
5-10 years of accounting work experience
Experience in public accounting, preferably working with multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast paced environment
A drive to succeed with a strong interest in providing exceptional services to our clients
A CPA license, or willingness to obtain within 1st year of employment
