Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: As a Senior Treasury Services Analyst at Truist Insurance Holdings, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our treasury operations.
You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of treasury management, ensuring the efficient use of funds, mitigating financial risks, and providing strategic insights to support our financial objectives ****Hybrid opportunity***** Essential Duties and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.

Specific activities may change from time to time.
*Manage daily cash flow and liquidity management to ensure adequate funds for operations and investments.
*Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
*Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to minimize exposure.
*Responsible for timely payment processing by Wire, ACH, Account Transfer, Stop Pay /reconciling of payments for all lines and types of insurance premiums.
*Work with and resolve inquiries from LOB premium accounting associates in regard to these transactions.
*Assist with system conversions of acquired businesses and other special projects as requested.
*Evaluate and recommend banking partners and financial products to optimize treasury operations.
*Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
*Lead and mentor analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
*Knowledge of banking and services Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
2.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
3.
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, and leadership within the Corporation as well as appropriate individuals external to the Corporation.

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.
5.
Ability to work without close supervision.
6.
3 or more years of accounting and/or banking experience Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in banking and/or an insurance accounting role.
