*About the role*
As a Wealth Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client services to individuals leveraging our comprehensive consumer finance offerings.
This dynamic position demands a comprehension of personal banking and the ability to communicate, connect, and build credibility when working with clients.
Your ability to expertly guide clients through a truly exceptional and tailored experience will be central to the success of this role.
*What you'll do*
* Act as the primary point of contact for our clients to manage their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance related to personal banking and other finance services.
* Develop, maintain and apply and maintain a deep understanding of our consumer finance services, including personal banking products and investment options.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively listening, understanding client needs, and offering personalized solutions.
* Proactively monitor customer accounts for unusual activities, potential fraud, and account takeover attempts.
* Collaborate with the fraud prevention team to investigate and resolve suspicious activities, ensuring the security and trust of our clients.
* Develop, maintain, and apply a deep understanding of our consumer finance services, including personal banking products and investment options.
* Educate customers on the features and benefits of various financial products and services.
* Identify opportunities to introduce customers to our team of financial advisors for more complex financial planning and investment guidance.
* Collaborate with financial advisors and all internal business areas to ensure a smooth transition for customers seeking additional financial assistance.
* Proactively address and resolve client issues, demonstrating a commitment to satisfaction and retention.
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels while maintaining being the first point of contact in the client relationship, ensuring the problem is solved and communicated from start to completion.
* Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance the client experience, providing support through online channels, chat, and other communication mediums.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Strong knowledge of personal banking and other areas of consumer finance.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Ability to learn, adapt to new technologies, and navigate digital platforms effectively.
* Knowledge of applicable compliance regulations, including SEC requirements.
* Entrepreneurial, willing to try new things, make decisions, and take decisive actions to get stuff done.
* Desire to be part of an early-stage startup and want to contribute to the culture.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple levels within the organization.
* Demonstrating logical judgment, being detail-oriented, and being able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
