Account Representative/Collections

*This is a Remote Position!!* *Experience is a must!!!* We are looking for an Experienced Collection Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, contacting customers to collect overdue payments, and providing customer service and support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to negotiate payment plans with customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career in the collections field.
Recently charged off deb, no out of statue work.
Lucrative Bonus structure.
Responsibilities: * Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers.
* Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts.
* Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Manage customer accounts in a timely manner.
* Make 300+ outbound calls to customers to collect payments or discuss payment arrangements daily.
* Document all customer interactions accurately and completely.
