Mid-size Commercial Construction Company and Real Estate Company is seeking an Accounting Manager / Full Time Bookkeeper for its corporate headquarters in North Raleigh.
The ideal candidate will have the following: - Excellent QuickBooks skills using QuickBooks desktop.
- Great Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
- Minimum 5 years of Full-Charge accounting experience.
- Experience with in-house payroll for over 50 employees for 2 companies.
- AP/AR experience.
- AIA billing.
- Insurance audits.
- Some HR work involves.
- Accounting or Business degree preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent work ethic, strong attention to deal and be a team player.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Must have a high degree of integrity and character.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Exceptional time management skill required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- NC Notary a plus.
- Experience with insurance audits, AIA documents, payroll taxes, job costing and bank reconciliations.
- HR experience.
