This temporary position is located in Raleigh, NC - Wake County.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $34.
03 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
This temporary position will be assigned to the Dept of Health and Human Services.
This position is located at 805 Ruggles Dr, Raleigh, NC 27604.
This position will assist with case service payments to vendors.
He/she will collect, review, evaluate for compliance and accuracy, track, and submit payments for contractors.
This position will assist with the adherence to policies and standards set by the Division and will provide technical assistance to Division staff and contractors.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail.
Work will be reviewed for content and technical accuracy.
Over time, this person should be able to work more independently.
This position is recruiting for two positions, 20661 and 20662.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies

Working knowledge of the general principles of financial management and accountability.
High proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.
Ability to develop and maintain internal controls.
Ability to organize, review and summarize information to assure compliance with contractual requirements and federal mandates.

A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, public administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution and one year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
