We are hiring a Treasury Services Administrator.
The Treasury Services Administrator will assist the Manager of Treasury Services in the efficient setup and establishment of bank account and treasury products for Concord’s portfolio of hotels including proper handling of sensitive personal data.
Conducts administrative duties for the procurement purchasing platform.
The position reports directly to the Manager of Treasury Services.
Role Responsibilities:
· Processes and tracks treasury service requests including the circulation of documents and collection of signatures for new and existing bank accounts.
· Assists with account signer changes including the preparation of formal request letters and periodic account signer audits.
· Determine depository accounts for new hotels and what is closet or best for the property.
· Handle ordering of RSA Tokens for banking access.
· Work on Armored Car Service for specific hotels and ensuring the paperwork is circulated.
· Maintain Regional list of hotels to share with Vendors.
· Provide access to FoodBuy platform for hotel associates.
· Track setup/order guide loading of new properties into the FoodBuy Platform.
· Complete credit applications for Sysco, Guest Supply and other important vendors.
· Submission of FoodBuy Budget uploads – annually & new properties.
· Handles check and deposit ticket reorders as needed.
· Allocates monthly bank fees for Intercompany billing.
· Processes deposits through Remote Deposit Capture.
· Handles application completion for on & offboarding hotels to GPO procurement purchasing platform.
· Submits support tickets to assist field with user requests/changes for procurement purchasing platform.
· Maintain Department extensions list.
· Protect sensitive data and keep it confidential, exchanging information with banks through secure email.
Requirements:
· Must possess excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
· The individual in this position is expected to interact with both internal and external customers with highest level of professionalism.
· Conducts self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within the Concord Hospitality organization.
· Follows safety and security procedures and rules.
