1860-70s parlor chair, fully restored, walnut, carving, - $375 (Raleigh)

I have a beautiful, fully restored, Victorian Parlor chair for sale.
This would have been the "Man's Chair" as it has arms, the traditional women's chair would have been armless (literally because of her poufy dress with the petticoats.
This is Civil war era.
The chair was fully restored 15-20 years ago and is in EXCELLENT condition.
The frame is a rich walnut with a nice dark walnut stain.
The upholstery is a cream color with a blue and very subtle red or pinkish plaid.
The seams have double cording (another sign of a quality restoration) You will be hard pressed to find anything wrong with this piece (because there is nothing wrong) lol Dimensions of the chair are: 27 inches wide 26 inches deep 40 inches tall *Arm height is 23 inches *Seat height is 16 inches Priced to go at $375!!!
