Gas Water Heater - $500

AO Smith Signature 100 gas water heater - 50 gal 40,000 BTU, 12-year manufacturer warranty.
Used for less than a month before realizing we needed to get a direct vent version to meet code.
This was purchased from Lowe’s on 1/25/24.
It’s my understanding that the Lowe’s extended warranty (5-year) is transferable, so we can transfer that after pickup.
Does not come with pressure relief pvc pipe or any exhaust pipe beside the cap that was included with the heater.
Price is firm (nearly $900 new, not including warranty).
