L5p turbo - $2,500 (North Raleigh)

I have a new in box RDS 64mm turbo that is a 9 blade for a 17-19 L5p Duramax.
Comes with a new turbo actuator however I’m willing to sell without the actuator if you want to reuse your stock one.
