Infant/Toddler Teacher
Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in the classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Skills:
- First aid: Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies
- Nannying: Experience in caring for children in a home setting
- Infant care: Ability to provide specialized care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
- Classroom management: Skill in maintaining a structured and organized classroom environment
- Early childhood education: Understanding of child development principles and ability to apply them in an educational setting
- Childcare: Experience in providing care for children of various ages
- Caregiving: Ability to meet the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of young children
- Babysitting: Previous experience in supervising children in a casual setting
- Experience with children: Demonstrated experience working with young children in a professional or volunteer capacity
- Childhood development: Knowledge of typical developmental milestones and ability to support children's growth
