A Durham family is seeking a nurturing, responsible, and communicative nanny to care for their sweet 2 month old baby girl starting March 26th! As first time parents, they are looking for someone who can help them establish structure and a schedule for their daughter, so a nanny with plenty of infant experience is important to them.
They would love for their nanny to become a part of their family, and value collaboration and open communication as much as they do.
Their ideal candidate is interactive and well versed in engaging babies in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Basic duties during the day will include changing diapers, assisting with the baby's laundry, bottle feeding along with cleaning bottles, and putting the baby down for naps.
They would love someone who is willing to help with other light household tasks such as unloading/loading the dishwasher, chopping veggies, wiping counters, but these tasks are not required.
The schedule for this position will be Tuesday-Friday from 7 am- 6 pm.
Both parents are busy healthcare professionals who work outside of the home, so they very much need a nanny that is reliable, punctual, and willing to be flexible at times.
The family does have one small dog that would require minimal care during the day, for instance letting the dog outside into their fenced backyard.
They are hoping for a one year commitment.
