If you love working with infants and watching them grow, this nanny position will be a great fit for you! A supportive family in Raleigh recently welcomed a baby boy into the world and they are searching for a mature and caring nanny to help guide them in their new role as parents.
Their little man will be approximately 3 months old at the start of the position, which they are targeting as May 28th with the flexibility to start in early June.
Their ideal nanny is someone who is structured and has experience with all things baby, from wake windows to developmental milestones.
Open communication and teamwork are important to the family and they hope to find a collaborative nanny that values this approach to childcare.
Daily responsibilities of the nanny will include keeping the baby engaged with age-appropriate activities along with outside walks around the neighborhood (bonus points if you take their dogs along, too!), light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up any messes baby makes, meal preparation, and baby’s laundry.
They do have two very sweet small dogs that will need to be let out on occasion, so a nanny must be comfortable with that dynamic.
The schedule for this position will be Monday and Thursday from 7:15 am - 4:15 pm with Tuesday, Wednesday, and some Fridays ending at 5:00 pm.
The family is willing to guarantee 47 hours per week.
Mom and Dad are both busy physicians, and therefore reliability and punctuality are very important to them.
They are hoping for their nanny to stay with them long-term.
