Embrace the spirit of summer and be the highlight of every camper's day! Examples of Duties Key Responsibilities: Supervising and supporting camp counselors in their daily duties.
Assisting the Camp Director in planning and executing camp activities.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers.
Leading specific camp programs or activities.
Serving as a role model and mentor to both counselors and campers.
Addressing and resolving issues or conflicts among campers or staff.
Typical Qualifications Previous experience as a camp counselor or in a similar role.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
knowledge of child and behavioral management Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
Must be at least 18 years old.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
(Training provided if needed) Must pass a background check.
