Duties: - Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children in a daycare or early childhood education setting - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child - Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills - Collaborate with parents and guardians to support the child's educational and emotional needs while also helping with homework as needed - Incorporate creative and interactive teaching methods, such as theater or sports coaching, to engage students in the learning process Qualifications: - Experience working with children in a daycare, babysitting, tutoring, or teaching capacity - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues - Ability to manage a classroom environment and handle behavior management challenges - Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $12.
